MINDFULNESS WEEK

Rebalance and recharge with renowned yoga guru and philosopher Ben Rakidzija, expertly leading a week of yoga.

Each day brings new sessions and practices that focus on different styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Qi gong. Each session will refine your flex ibility and increase your bodily awareness. This week also offers the opportunity to enjoy zen meditation moments.
