Happy hunting! As part of the game weeks, which take place from 19 September, a wide variety of dishes are offered around the theme of game.

The rural way of life has many facets. Hunting has been part of it in the Engadine and Graubünden for generations. The team of the Kronenstübli together with our kitchen crew will show you hunting impressions and culinary delights from the local game cuisine. Fine dishes such as sensational tagliatelle with venison Bolognese, game consommé served with game galantine or the classic saddle of venison roasted whole as well as always new, seasonal highlights.
