Discover firsthand how alpine cheese is made as an Alpine master prepares various cheeses over an open fire.

DISCOVER THE ART OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Start your day with a delicious mountain breakfast, followed by a ride on the UNESCO World Heritage Bernina Express through the Engadin Valley to Bernina Pass for a guided tour of the Camera Obscura art project with local artist Daniel Meuli. Then board another train to Alp Grüm for lunch at Bellavista Restaurant before travelling back on the Bernina Express to Pontresina.

THE GLACIER EXPERIENCE
The day starts with a walk to the nearby scenic mountain breakfast at Alp Schaukäserei Morteratsch. Then a delicious lesson on Swiss cheese making at a local cheese dairy, before another train ride to Diavolezza to ride the cable car to the mountain peak 3,000 metres above sea level. Lastly, enjoy hiking across a glacier trail to a high altitude lunch.

A DAY IN PRISTINE NATURE
Take part in a short, picturesque morning hike from Grand Hotel Kronenhof to Restaurant Lej da Staz for brunch, followed by a dip in Stazersee Lake if you’re feeling brave. Then enjoy a short scenic hike where you can try to blow an alphorn. Lastly, engage in a spot of competitive sailing with professional guides on the magnificently beautiful Lake St.Moritz – the winner gets a prize.
